The Board of Review under Charter Article IV(B)(1) and Council under Charter Article IV(B)(2) shall have the authority, following review or investigation respectively, to impose discipline consisting of suspension, loss of sick leave, demotion, reduction in pay grade or discharge as in its respective judgment is warranted by the evidence presented in the review or investigation.
