§ 32.14 PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.
   (A)   Each prospective city employee is required to submit a physical examination by a physician selected by the Mayor, at the expense of the city, the report of which examination shall be examined by the Mayor before the actual employment of such prospective employee.
   (B)   Each full-time employee will, at his or her option, be given a physical screening at the employee's request, no more frequently than once every two years, at a facility selected by the city. The physical screening program will be coordinated by the City's Public Health Nurse and will be available on a cost sharing basis. The city will pay one-half of the cost of such screening service, and the employee will pay one-half. (Ord. 30-1974, passed 4-17-74; Am. Ord. 10-1979, passed 6-16-79)
