§ 31.03 ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR.
   (A)   The Hamilton County Prosecutor or any assistants he may designate is appointed an assistant Law Director for the sole purpose of prosecuting violations of State law arising within the City and brought before the Hamilton County Municipal Court on January 16, 1978, or thereafter.
   (B)   Such appointment and prosecution pursuant thereto shall be without compensation by the City.
   (C)   This appointment is effective until such time as the Hamilton County Prosecutor relinquishes his appointment or until R.C. § 1901.34 is amended in such a manner as to require the county prosecutor to prosecute all violations of State law arising within this City, whichever occurs first.
