§ 155.094 PROHIBITED TYPES AND LOCATIONS OF HEATING EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Outdoor wood fire boilers and outdoor wood fired furnaces are prohibited.
   (B)   No heating equipment, including water heaters, which burn solid, liquid or gaseous fuel shall be located in any bedroom, bathroom, toilet room, or any room used for sleeping purposes, or hallways above the first floor, unless specifically approved for such use.
