(A) Every multi-family dwelling unit shall be identified with permanent numerals or letters placed on the front entrance of such dwelling units. For purposes of this section, the use of permanent script letters shall not be deemed sufficient identification and shall be supplemented with numerals. If any multi-family dwelling maintains separate entrances for the separate suites or groups of suites, each entrance shall have posted therein a list of the suites which are accessible therefrom.
(B) Mailboxes and buzzer systems, if installed, shall be properly maintained and operational. Bars and security grills, if installed, shall be maintained.
