§ 155.0591 MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL OF SIGNS.
   All exterior and interior signs shall be maintained in good repair. If any premises becomes vacant, the owner or operator shall cause all signs visible from the exterior, which no longer apply to the premises, to be removed within six months and to restore the exterior appearance of the building to match the existing facade.
