(A) No owner, operator or occupant of any premises shall maintain or permit to be maintained any condition on the exterior of such premises which creates a fire, safety or health hazard or which is a public nuisance, including, but not limited to the following:
(1) Broken or dilapidated gutters, awnings, windows, fences, walls or other structures;
(2) Junk motor vehicles and parts thereof including tires, wheels, batteries, radiators, hoods, doors and fenders;
(3) Broken, dilapidated or discarded furniture, mattresses, appliances, fixtures or other household furnishings;
(4) Rugs, rags or other similar materials hung on lines or stored in other outside places and not being used for general household or housekeeping purposes;
(5) Newspapers, pallets, paint cans, discarded building materials and other similar articles or materials which are patently unsightly and offensive to the senses;
(6) Dead or broken trees and limbs or other natural growth which, by reason of deteriorating conditions or storm damage, constitutes a hazard to persons or property; however, composting shall be permitted, provided that it conforms with § 155.067 of the Property Maintenance Code;
(7) Accumulation of surface water which is stagnant or a source of infestation;
(8) Mulch, landscape materials and/or construction supplies stored in any form outside of enclosed structures in the front or side yards for more than 60 days in a calendar year;
(9) Mulch, landscape materials and/or construction supplies stored in any form in excess of an aggregate one cubic yard in volume outside of enclosed structures in the rear yard for more than 90 days in a calendar year.
