§ 155.055 MAINTENANCE OF INTERIOR WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS.
   (A)   All interior walls and ceilings of every building shall be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition.
   (B)   All floors within every dwelling bathroom or lavatory compartment shall be made waterproof and nonabsorbent. The floors of all toilet rooms in a business occupancy shall have a cove base at all walls and partitions. Business occupancy toilet room floor surfaces and the cove base shall be of nonabsorbent materials with moisture-resistant joints.
   (C)   All interior floors of every building shall be free of weak areas, missing members, water damage, rotted portions and holes.
   (D)   Hanging, deteriorated or missing interior trim and framing that contributes to a health or safety hazard shall be repaired and/or replaced.
