§ 155.045 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE OR UTILITIES.
   (A)   No owner, operator or occupant shall cause any service, facility, equipment or utility, which is required under this PMC, to be removed from or shut off from or discontinued in any occupied dwelling let or occupied by him, except for bill nonpayment by an occupant, temporary interruption while actual repairs or alterations are in progress, or during temporary emergencies when discontinuance is approved by the PMO or other authorized officials. Upon the discontinuance of any service for cause, the PMO shall be notified. Upon receipt of such notice the PMO shall, within the limits of his authority, take whatever action is necessary to aid in the restoration of such service.
   (B)   This section shall not be construed to prevent the cessation or discontinuance of any such service upon order of the PMO or any other authorized official.
