§ 155.041 SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS.
   (A)   Owner or Operator. The owner or operator of every two-family dwelling, multi-family dwelling or nonresidential premises shall be responsible for maintaining the public or shared areas of the premises in a safe, clean and sanitary condition, and available to the occupants at all reasonable times.
   (B)   Occupant. The occupant of any single-family residential premises, dwelling unit, rooming unit or rental space in a nonresidential building shall be responsible for maintaining that part of the premises which he occupies and controls in a safe, clean and sanitary condition, and shall be responsible for his misuse of public or shared areas. An occupant when vacating any premises shall leave such premises in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition.
