§ 155.032 EMERGENCY VACATION AND REPAIR.
   In cases where it reasonably appears that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of any person unless a dangerous building is immediately vacated and/or repaired by the owner in accordance with the order issued pursuant to Section 155.027, the PMO shall cause the immediate vacation and/or repair of the dangerous building. The costs of such emergency repair of the dangerous building shall be charged or recovered in the same manner as provided in Section 155.031.
