§ 155.030 DANGEROUS BUILDING PLACARDED; CONDEMNED.
   Whenever the PMO determines that a building is dangerous, as defined in Section 155.028, he shall:
   (A)   Affix to the building or part thereof, upon the door or entrance thereto, a placard on which shall be printed a declaration that the building or part thereof is condemned as unfit for occupancy and ordered vacated. No person shall deface or remove the placard from any building or part thereof which has been condemned as unfit for occupancy and placarded as such. The PMO shall remove such placard whenever the defects upon which the condemnation and placarding were based have been eliminated;
   (B)   Serve the notice and order pursuant to Section 155.023, on the owner, operator, occupant, lessee, mortgagee and other persons having an interest in the building, as shown by the records of the County Recorder of any building found to be a dangerous building within the standards set forth in Section 155.028, that:
      (1)   The owner shall vacate and repair such building in accordance with the terms of the notice and this PMC;
      (2)   The occupant or lessee shall vacate such building or, with the consent of the owner, may have it repaired in accordance with the notice and order and remain in possession;
      (3)   The mortgagee, or other persons having an interest in the building, as shown by the land records of the County Recorder may, at his own risk, vacate and repair such building or have such work done.
   (C)   Service of the notice shall be made in accordance with Section 155.023.
