All dangerous buildings or parts thereof, within the terms of Section 155.028, are declared to be public nuisances, and shall be vacated and repaired as hereinafter provided:
(A) If the dangerous building is in such condition as to make it dangerous to the health, safety or general welfare of its occupants, it shall be ordered to be vacated, and shall be vacated in accordance with the provisions of section 155.026, and shall not be occupied after vacation until written approval is obtained from the PMO.
(B) If the dangerous building is vacated and not repaired by the owner as ordered by the PMO, the PMO shall cause such repairs to be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 155.031, or shall condemn the dangerous building for demolition in accordance with Section 155.033.
