§ 155.028 DANGEROUS BUILDINGS DEFINED.
   All buildings or parts thereof which have any of the following defects shall be deemed "dangerous" and shall be condemned as unfit for occupancy:
   (A)   Those whose interior or exterior bearing walls or other vertical structural members list, lean or buckle to such an extent as to weaken the structural support it provides;
   (B)   Those which, exclusive of the foundation, show approximately one-third or more of damage or deterioration of the supporting member or members, or approximately one-half or more of damage or deterioration of the nonsupporting enclosing or outside walls or covering;
   (C)   Those which have improperly distributed loads upon the floors or roofs or in which the same are overloaded, or which have insufficient strength to be reasonably safe for the purpose used;
   (D)   Those which have been damaged by fire, wind or other causes so as to no longer provide shelter from the elements and have become dangerous to life, safety or health of the occupants or the residents of the City;
   (E)   Those which have become or are dilapidated, decayed, unsafe, unsanitary or there is a reasonable danger of infestation likely to cause sickness or disease, or injury to the health, safety or welfare of the occupants or the residents of the City;
   (F)   Those with dangerous service equipment, facilities or fixtures such as leaking gas, or seriously defective heating or electrical systems;
   (G)   Those lacking light, air, sanitation or other mechanical facilities as required by this PMC to protect the health, safety or welfare of the occupants;
   (H)   Those lacking facilities required by this PMC for egress in case of fire or panic or those having insufficient stairways, elevators, fire escapes or other means of egress as required herein;
   (I)   Those which have parts thereof which are so dangerously attached that there is a reasonable danger they may fall and injure the occupants, other persons or other property.
