§ 155.027 EMERGENCY ORDERS.
   Whenever the PMO finds that an emergency exists which requires immediate action to protect the health and safety of the occupants or of the public, he shall proceed forthwith to issue an order reciting the existence of the emergency and order such remedial action necessary to meet the emergency. If necessary to protect the health and safety of the occupants or the public health or safety, the PMO shall order that the premises be ·vacated forthwith and not be reoccupied until the order is complied with or executed. Notwithstanding any other provision of this PMC any such order shall be effective immediately and shall be complied with in the time and manner prescribed in the emergency order.
