Where a notice of violation and order to comply has been served pursuant to Section 155.023, and, upon reinspection at the end of the time specified for compliance and if no petition for a hearing has been filed, it is found that the violation or violations have not been remedied, the PMO may order the building, or parts thereof affected by the continued violations, vacated in accordance with the following procedure:
(A) Buildings shall be vacated within a reasonable time not to exceed sixty days except in extreme cases where it is necessary to vacate buildings in accordance with the time limit specified and removing occupants;
(B) Vacated buildings shall be posted with a notice ordering such vacation, and shall have all outer doors firmly locked and basement, and first-story windows barred or boarded to prevent entry;
(C) Vacated buildings shall not again be entered, used or occupied until written approval is obtained from the PMO;
(D) If a building or part thereof is not vacated within the time specified in such vacation order, the PMO shall seek an order in a court of competent jurisdiction for the vacation of such building or part thereof.
