(A) Any person affected by a legal notice of violation as specified in Section 155.023 may petition and shall be granted a hearing before the Board of Building, Housing and Fire Appeals as established in Section 36.30 of the Springdale Code of Ordinances. The petition shall be filed with the PMO within fifteen days of receipt of the legal notice of violation specifying the grounds or mitigating circumstances. The PMO shall notify the Board of such petition and a hearing shall be conducted as specified in Sections 36.31 through 36.35.
(B) The Board findings, decision and reasons therefor shall be in writing and shall include a copy of the legal notice of violation and remedial order. A copy of the written decision and reasons therefor shall be forwarded to the PMO and petitioner.
