(A) For purposes of this PMC, certain words and phrases as used herein are defined as follows. The present tense includes the future; words in one gender include the other genders; the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular. "Used or occupied" includes intended or designed to be used or occupied.
(B) When not defined in this PMC, words shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Springdale Zoning Code, Ohio Building Code, Plumbing Code, Electrical Code, Fire Prevention Code or any other applicable City code or ordinance. If not otherwise defined, words have their ordinarily accepted meanings.
