§ 155.004 APPLICATION AND CONFLICT.
   (A)   This PMC establishes minimum requirements for all buildings, structures and premises, irrespective of when constructed, erected or occupied, and any maintenance, alterations or repairs specifically required or authorized by this PMC shall be done in accordance with the provisions of applicable Springdale codes or ordinances relating to zoning, building, fire prevention, electrical, plumbing and mechanical provisions.
   (B)   This PMC shall not affect the enforcement or remedies of Federal or State laws relating to sanitation and health nor any State and Springdale laws relating to zoning, building, fire prevention, electrical, plumbing and mechanical provisions, but is intended to be supplementary thereto.
   (C)   In case of any specific conflict between any provision of this PMC and any other Springdale code or ordinance, the provision establishing the higher standard for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare shall prevail, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict.
