§ 155.001 TITLE.

This Chapter 155 of the Springdale Code of Ordinances shall be known as the "Property Maintenance Code of the City of Springdale" for which designation "PMC" may be used. This PMC shall be enforced by the Property Maintenance Official or his designee, for which designation "PMO" may be used.
