The Ohio Building Code, Chapters 4101:1-1 through 4101:2-15 and the Residential Code of Ohio, Chapter 4101:8 adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, are adopted as the building codes of the city for the regulation of the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area, and maintenance of all buildings and structures in the city.
