(A) In the event any person holding an approved Stormwater Management Plan pursuant to this chapter violates the terms of the plan and/or any provisions of this chapter, or conducts or carries on the site development in such a manner as to materially adversely affect the health, welfare, or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the Project Area, or conducts or carries on the site development so that it is materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood, the City Building Official shall give notice of such violation to the person responsible and order compliance with the approved Stormwater Management Plan and/or provisions of this chapter.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
