236.07 SERVICE CHARGES FOR BAD CHECKS.

The service charge to be paid to the Municipality by any person or organization, when a check is written by that person or organization and is returned to the Municipality unpaid by the bank it is written upon shall be set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of the Codified Ordinances. (Ord. 03-42. Passed 8-21-03.)
