The service charge to be paid to the Municipality by any person or organization, when a check is written by that person or organization and is returned to the Municipality unpaid by the bank it is written upon shall be set forth in the Fee Schedule in Section 1464.05
of Chapter 1464 of the Codified Ordinances.
