(a) Prior to approval of the record plan by the Planning Commission, the applicant shall submit the number of copies of construction plans (according to the rules set out by the City Engineer) for review and approval by the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall coordinate review of the submitted drawings with appropriate and pertinent agencies. The plans shall be accompanied by a fee as defined in the City of Springboro Schedule of Permit Fees outlined in Section 1464.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Springboro.
(b) Model Homes. For the purpose of allowing the early construction of model homes in a subdivision or a section thereof, the applicant may build 1 model home per section of a major subdivision based on the Director of Planning's approval.
