1060.02 REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND.

(a) A fund is hereby established for the acquisition of real estate for park and recreational uses and for capital improvements to parks owned by the Municipality.

(b) A fee as set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of the Building and Housing Code of the Codified Ordinances shall be paid into such fund. (Ord. 93-46. Passed 7-1-93.)
