1044.22 WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

(a) A Wastewater Capital Improvement Fund is hereby established. All future moneys collected as wastewater service tap fees shall be deposited into such Fund.

(b) In addition to the intended use of such Fund, as stated in subsection (a) hereof, such Fund may be used for any capital improvements needed for the proper maintenance of the existing wastewater system.
