1044.21 SUPPLY OF SEWER SERVICES OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS PROHIBITED.

No sewer services shall be supplied or sold by the Municipality or any of its agencies or boards to any person outside the corporate limits of the Municipality, except as authorized by formal action of City Council.
