(a) Any person desiring sanitary sewer service through new lines shall make application to the Director of Service, or his or her designee, for such service. The filing of such application constitutes an agreement by the applicant with the Municipality to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the sanitary sewerage system.
(b) A person desiring such service shall furnish all materials and labor for the installation of a sanitary sewer line from the Sewer Plant or the nearest main to the building. The tap-in location must be approved by the Director. (Ord. 795. Passed 3-15-79.)
