1040.03 REQUIRING LAND DEVELOPERS TO EXTEND UTILITIES.

Council hereby adopts a policy for future developments requiring that the extension of trunk lines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water lines shall be extended by the developer at the developer’s cost. No part of such cost shall be assessed against the real estate except by prior approval of Council. (Ord. 93-39. Passed 6-17-93.)
