In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 4939.05, each person submitting an application for a permit shall pay a fee, as set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464, for its administrative costs related to the application and inspection and review of the work performed in the Right-of-Way.
Based on fair and reasonable criteria, and the calculations used to determine the permit fees shall be made available for review by the permit applicant.
