860.03 HAND PEDDLERS.

Every peddler selling goods of any kind carried by hand shall obtain a license before engaging in business and shall pay a fee therefor as set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of the Building and Housing Code of the Codified Ordinances per year.
