Every itinerant vendor shall obtain a license before engaging in business and shall pay a fee therefor as set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of the Building and Housing Code of the Codified Ordinances for each week that such business is, or is to be, carried on. Such license shall terminate automatically with the last day for which such fee has been paid.
