With regard to the preceding Section 840.03(a) and (b), all distances shall be measured in a straight, horizontal line, without regard for intervening structures. With regard to Section 840.03(b) only, measurements from the sexually-oriented business shall be made from the closest exterior structural wall or section of wall enclosing the business.
