(a) No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented business on a parcel of land any part of which is within 500 feet of the right-of-way of an interstate highway.
(b) No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented businesses, as defined under Section 840.02(a), except within M- 1 and E. D. Zoning Districts. Further, no sexually oriented business may be located within 500 feet of another such business; within 500 feet of any religious institution, school, boys' club, girls' club, or similar existing youth organization; within 500 feet of any public park, public building or quasi-public facility; or within 500 feet of any property zoned for residential use or used for residential purposes.
