612.09 SALE OR POSSESSION OF DILUTED LIQUOR OR REFILLED CONTAINERS.

(a) No person shall sell, offer for sale or possess intoxicating liquor in any original container which has been diluted, refilled or partly refilled.

(ORC 4301.68; 1977 Code Sec. 92.02)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
