§ 31.46 AMENDMENT OR REPEAL.
   (A)   Any ordinance of the town may be amended or repealed at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   All amendments of ordinances shall go into effect and be advertised as provided in § 31.45 of this chapter.
