§ 31.45 PASSAGE, EFFECTIVE DATE.
   Ordinances may be passed and adopted at any regular or called meeting of the Board of Commissioners, except when otherwise required by the laws of the state and, on their passage, shall immediately go into effect unless otherwise provided at the time of their passage.
