§ 31.22 DISQUALIFICATION DUE TO RESIDENCY.
   If any member of the Board of Commissioners, including the Mayor, moves his or her residence from within the corporate limits of the town, his or her office shall at once be declared vacant and shall be filled as provided in § 31.21 of this chapter.
