§ 31.21 VACANCIES.
   Any vacancy caused by the death, resignation or disqualification of a member of the Board of Commissioners shall be filled by a majority vote of the Board. If a vacancy occurs in the office of Mayor, the vacancy shall be filled by the Mayor Pro Tempore of the town.
