(A) There shall be a map known and designated as the official zoning map, which shall show the boundaries of all zoning districts within the town’s planning jurisdiction. This map shall be dated, shall be kept up to date regarding changes, and shall be kept in the Planning Department in paper or digital format for public inspection as required by G.S. § 160D-105.
(B) The official zoning map dated ________ is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. Amendments to this map shall be made and posted in accordance with the requirements of this zoning chapter. The official zoning map shall be identified by the following certification:
“This is to certify that this is the official zoning map of the Town of Spindale, North Carolina, as established in § 155.004 of the zoning chapter of the Town of Spindale, North Carolina, adopted _____________.”
