The Inspection Department shall consist of a Building Inspector, a Plumbing Inspector, a Heating-Air Conditioning Inspector, Electrical Inspector and such other Inspectors or deputy or assistant Inspectors as may be authorized by the Board of Commissioners. The Board may, in its discretion, designate a Department head. The town may delegate the authority of §§ 150.035 through 150.041, 150.055 through 150.062 and 150.075 through 150.080 to the County of Rutherford.
