§ 130.05 DAMAGING OR DESTROYING ADVERTISEMENTS, NOTICES.
   It shall be unlawful to tear down, deface, destroy, mutilate or in any way injure any advertisement or notice, whether legal, public or private, or posted or placed for public view within the corporate limits of the town. A violation of the foregoing provision shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
