§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person in violation of § 130.03 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined $500 or imprisoned for six months, or both.
      (2)   Weapons possessed in violation of § 130.03 of this chapter are hereby declared to be contraband. The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall hold such weapon for disposal pursuant to a court order. In the absence of any court order, the weapon shall be destroyed.
   (C)   Violations of § 130.04 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor.
   (D)   Following oral or written notice by the person in charge of the area described in § 130.07, or his or her designee, failure to cease smoking or using tobacco products constitutes an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $50. A citation may be issued by a sworn law enforcement officer. Conviction of an infraction under this section has no consequence other than payment of a penalty, and no court costs may be assessed.
