§ 130.02 INTERFERENCE WITH A POLICE OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hamper, molest, resist or hinder a police officer in the lawful discharge of his or her duty. A violation of the foregoing provision shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
