(B) It shall be unlawful for any dog owner to keep or have within the town a dog that habitually or repeatedly chases, snaps at or attacks pedestrians, bicyclists or vehicles; turns over garbage pails; damages gardens, flowers or vegetables; or conducts itself so as to be a public nuisance. (C) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to create an animal nuisance on his or her lot or a lot occupied by him or her, or to allow an animal nuisance to remain on his or her lot or a lot occupied by him or her.
(2) Anything that causes an offensive odor, causes injury or damage to the health or life of any other person, or interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of one’s property is declared a nuisance.
