(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already provided shall be subject to the penalty as prescribed in § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates or fails to comply with § 94.11(B), (C), or (D) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be provided in R.C. § 698.02.
