§ 94.11 DUTY TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN REPAIR AND CLEAN OF ICE AND SNOW.
   (A)   No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks free of snow and ice.
   (B)   Snow falling during the night hours shall be removed within two hours after sunrise the next morning, and said sidewalk shall be kept clear of snow and ice during the daytime in such a manner as not to impede travel by foot.
   (C)   When the following conditions exist with four or more inches of snow fallen and continues to fall upon the streets of the village, and the wind conditions are such as to cause drifting of snow (snow storm or emergency), the snow shall be removed from the sidewalks within six hours after these conditions cease to exist.
   (D)   No person, while in the process of removing snow from a sidewalk, driveway, or any other place, shall deposit or leave said snow upon any street, including fire hydrants.
   (E)   It shall be the duty of the Police Department, either by sight or by complaint, to issue a minor misdemeanor citation to the owner or occupant of said property for failure to comply with divisions (B), (C), or (D) of this section.
   (F)   It shall be the duty of the Village Administrator to cause said snow to be removed at the expense of the property owner thereof, and in case said expense is not paid to the Fiscal Officer of said village within 30 days after said work is done, said expenses shall be certified to the County Auditor by the Fiscal Officer, and placed upon the duplicate against said premises to be collected from said owners as other taxes or assessments are collected.
