(A) At least 14 days before any work is scheduled to begin on constructing or reconstructing sidewalks and/or driveway approaches, the property owner shall complete an application for sidewalk and/or driveway construction and submit to the Village Administrator.
(B) No construction shall begin until the Village Administrator has approved the proposed work in writing. All sidewalk and/or driveway construction shall be inspected by the Village Administrator or an authorized representative of the village prior to pouring concrete. All forms and reinforcement must be in place at the time of the inspection. All work on constructing or reconstructing of sidewalks and/or driveway approaches shall be completed within 30 calendar days after work begins.
