§ 94.25 RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   (A)   Every owner of a lot within the village shall keep the sidewalks and driveway approaches located within the public rights-of-way and adjacent to said lot in good repair, free of material defect and hazard to the public.
   (B)   Every owner and/or person in charge of a lot within the village shall keep the sidewalks and driveway approaches located within the public rights-of-way and adjacent to said lot free from nuisance and obstruction.
