(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates § 75.52 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; any subsequent violations by any person within one year shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; all subsequent offenses after the second offense within the first year after the first offense shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree.
